Ann Hayes
Crisis Management Specialist
As a Special Agent with the DEA, Ms. Hayes received a Special Achievement Award from the Association of Women Police for her international undercover work. She also served on the President’s Organized Crime Task Force and received several commendations from the United States Department of Justice. Ms. Hayes was the first woman to graduate number one in her class at the DEA Basic Training Academy.
In her capacity as security specialist, Ann has been at the forefront of developing new procedures for dealing with workplace issues such as inventory loss, corruption, sexual harassment, violence, and anti-terrorism tactics. Ann has 30 years in business with a focus of helping athletes (MLB, NFL, AFL) reach their potential by being healthy, not only physically but mentally as well. With Ann’s confidential guidance, addressing personal struggles (like addiction and family problems) will have a positive effect on an athlete’s performance and overall well-being. A well-adjusted athlete in his/her personal life is equipped to reach peak performance in their sport.
