    EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    As Executive Director of Western Sports Foundation, Mai-Brit is focused on creating meaningful connections and helping ensure rodeo athletes and their families have a place to turn when they need support. Whether navigating injury, focusing on mental and brain health, pursuing educational opportunities, or preparing for life beyond competition, Mai-Brit believes no athlete should have to face life's challenges alone.

    She is inspired daily by the grit, resilience, and generosity that define the western way of life. Her work is rooted in building relationships, bringing people together, and strengthening the community that has long been known for taking care of its own.

    Based in Idaho with her family, she can usually be found connecting people, chasing big ideas, and finding ways to strengthen the western community she cares so deeply about.

    Elaine Cersosimo

    DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

    As Director of Operations for Western Sports Foundation, Elaine Cersosimo plays a central role in ensuring rodeo athletes and their families receive the support, resources, and care they need when challenges arise. From coordinating athlete services and navigating assistance requests to connecting individuals with trusted providers and programs, Elaine is often one of the first voices athletes hear when they reach out to WSF.

    Her work is rooted in compassion, problem-solving, and a genuine commitment to helping people find their footing during both difficult seasons and moments of growth.

    Known for her thoughtful approach and unwavering dedication to those she serves, Elaine works every day to make sure athletes feel heard, supported, and connected to the resources that can help them move forward with confidence.
