    INTERIM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Mai-Brit leads WSF through this key chapter of transition, building on her prior role as Director of Fund Development. She oversees the organization’s strategic direction and fundraising efforts while also managing key events that connect and celebrate the Western sports community. Mai-Brit serves as the primary point of contact for partners, donors, and supporters, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects WSF’s mission to support rodeo athletes in and out of the arena.

    Elaine Cersosimo

    DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

    Elaine is the lead point of contact for all athlete services at WSF. She works closely with providers and partners to ensure that top-tier care and critical resources are accessible to the athletes we serve. In addition, Elaine manages WSF’s day-to-day operations and financial reporting. Her behind-the-scenes leadership ensures that the organization runs efficiently and sustainably, allowing the mission to move forward and make a lasting difference in the lives of rodeo athletes.

    MARKETING CONSULTANT

    Kaycie leads WSF’s media, content, and outreach efforts. With a strong background in rodeo and equine sports, she brings an authentic perspective that helps WSF connect meaningfully with the Western community. From social platforms to campaign strategy, Kaycie shapes how we share our mission and highlight the impact of our work. She serves as the primary contact for media inquiries, brand communications, and storytelling that bring the WSF mission to life.
