Rodeo Doesn’t come with a Team.‍ ‍We Do.

Rodeo asks athletes to carry a lot: physically, mentally, and personally. They shouldn't have to carry it alone.

Western Sports Foundation helps rodeo athletes find the help they need through life's toughest moments, so they can keep moving forward in and out of the arena.

No athlete rides alone.

Built on a Simple Belief. Every athlete deserves someone in their corner.

Rodeo demands more than talent. It asks athletes to accept uncertainty as part of the job. They travel thousands of miles each year as independent contractors, paying their own way while putting their bodies, minds, and livelihoods on the line every time they compete.

Some days, that uncertainty looks like an injury. Other times, it's the lingering effects of a concussion, the weight of anxiety, the pressure of performing, the challenge of providing for a family, or simply wondering what comes after competition. Those moments don't fit neatly into a single event or season, and for generations, there was no comprehensive support system designed to help athletes navigate them.

That's the gap Western Sports Foundation was created to fill. We're the backup this sport never built - so no athlete has to ride alone.
