Dancin’ with the Rodeo Stars made a triumphant return for its second year at Tannahill’s Tavern in the Fort Worth Stockyards, and our dancing teams left it all on the dance floor!

The event raised just over $24,000 in support of Western Sports Foundation’s mission of caring for rodeo athletes, making it a win for more than just the winning teams.

Coming in at the top of the judges’ scores, two teams tied for the win: Pendleton Mindy & her Pendleton Posse and Miranda Reed & Glenn Ball. Get a taste of the action in the photos below.

Pendleton Mindy & the Pendleton PosSe

Pendleton Mindy not only claimed co-champion honors, but she and her posse were also named the Fan Favorite award winners!

Miranda Reed and Glenn Ball

Miranda and Glenn brought a professional touch to the evening’s adventure, with both dancers boasting an impressive record of dance competition experience and titles. When she’s not dancing, Miranda spends her days on the rodeo queen road and has earned numerous titles, including the 2025 Miss Rodeo Sandhills title.

Trevor Hedeman & Carlye Zeringue

Trevor is generally more comfortable with a rope in his hand than with dancin’ shoes on his feet, but Carlye is no stranger to the dance floor. The couple brought a fierce energy and electric moves to their performance.

Kaycee & Remingtyn Feild

If you know rodeo, you know Kaycee Field! He claimed that taking the stage to dance with his daughter, Remingtyn, was a lot more intimidating than taking on a bucking horse, but the pair’s performance was nothing short of show-stopping!

Linsay Rosser-Sumpter & Colt Honey

Linsay Rosser-Sumpter picked a partner who knows how to have a little fun—and Colt Honey was up for the challenge. When the pair took the stage in hilarious sumo suits, there wasn’t a single person in the crowd who wasn’t laughing.

Mason & Kaitlyn taylor

PBR phenom Mason Taylor and his beautiful, talented wife, Kaitlyn, brought some steamy dance moves to the stage. We may be wrong, but we think these two have a pretty good chance of success as dancers if they ever decide to hang up their rodeo careers.

Shane & Haley Proctor

You’ve seen Shane and Haley light up the rodeo arena, but their performance on stage just might top that! The entire proctor family—including young Coulee AND baby Charlcee, who’s anticipated to make her appearance this August. Mom and Dad kept the sparks flying on stage, then invited Coulee to join Shane for a special father-daughter moment at the end of the dance.

The winning teams

Although the judges and the fans both crowned their champions, every single dancer who took the stage counts as a winner in our eyes. Everyone who participated in the event, from dancers to judges to hosts to attendees, all contribute to WSF’s mission—and that’s what really counts!
